Urban Air is more than a trampoline park. This indoor adventure park offers a variety of attractions such as a Sky Rider Indoor Coaster, a Warrior Obstacle Course, and rock walls. The facility also features an amazing tube playground for kids ages 3 and up.

Trampoline Jumping
Jumping on a trampoline is an effective workout that’s also fun. A good jumping routine starts with a few minutes of easy jumping to warm up your muscles. Then, add a few basic exercises like straight jumping or tuck jumps. You can even try some seat landings and back landings to improve your balance.
Rebounding helps strengthen your core, legs, and back while improving balance and coordination. It’s also a great low-impact exercise that’s easier on your joints than jogging or high-intensity cardio workouts. It’s even better for your joints than playing squash or doing a traditional jumping aerobics workout because the trampoline absorbs over 80 percent of the impact. It’s a great workout for any age and fitness level. There are also rebounding classes taught by certified instructors.
Obstacle Courses
Urban Air is much more than a trampoline park. It offers a variety of attractions including an indoor Sky Rider coaster, American Gladiator-style battle beams, foam pit, ninja obstacle course, and more. The new location also includes a kid’s zone and tube playground for children under 52 inches.
In addition to open jump times, the Ankeny location offers a number of other activities including a slam dunk zone and a warrior course. The company’s website says Central Iowans can scale rock walls and test their “American Ninja Warrior” skills in the 28,000-square-foot facility.

Urban Air offers a variety of Ultimate Attractions for guests to choose from, including towering ropes courses that will test your agility, a Warrior Obstacle Course that will have you feeling like a ninja, and the Sky Rider coaster. They also have a variety of other activities that will allow you to challenge your balance and strength, such as the Battle Beam or the Balance Beam Foam Pit.
The activities vary in height requirements and are supervised by trained staff members to ensure your kids are safe. They are also there to help you decide which level of admission is best for your crew based on their height, the amount of time you plan on staying, and what you want to do that day (and there’s no need to worry about filling out waivers because they can be done online ahead of time!).
Bumper Cars
Bumper cars are an excellent rental item for backyard parties, college parties, grad parties, community events, and grand openings. They are made with safety in mind and have ample legroom for even adults to ride comfortably. They also come with a staff member to operate them and have a remote control kill switch in the case of any accidents or issues during the ride.
The new location offers the same attractions as other Urban Air locations, including trampolines that take you to new heights, a towering ropes course, and a Sky Rider coaster. There are also dodgeball courts, a Slam Dunk Zone, and an amazing tube playground. A full-service Urban Air Cafe is also included.
