Imagination Express

The Ultimate Indoor LEGO(r) Playground

Kids (and parents) can explore Imagination Express, an interactive ride that will bring their imagination to life. They can hop aboard an interactive train ride and wave a magic wand to collect points, see their favorite characters in 4D cinema, and much more!

Kids can also build, play and learn in MINILAND, a replica of Philadelphia landmarks made of 1.5 million bricks, and participate in various educational programs like Ninjago Training Camp.

The Ultimate Indoor LEGO Playground

Inspire your children’s imaginations with limitless creative possibilities that are only possible with Lego! Tour local Philadelphia landmarks built out of more than a million bricks in Miniland, hop aboard the interactive Imagination Express ride, and get hands-on with thousands of LEGO bricks in themed building areas.

The attraction opened Thursday at Plymouth Meeting Mall, where it features 10 Lego play zones, an interactive LEGO-themed ride, and a 4D cinema. Adults over the age of 18 must be accompanied by a child to enter.

The 4D Cinema

Enjoy the ultimate indoor LEGO playground and inspire kids’ imaginations with limitless creative possibilities. Highlights include iconic Philadelphia landmarks built from over a million bricks in MINILAND, a 4D cinema, and hands-on LEGO play areas.

Hop aboard the interactive Imagination Express ride, where kids can wave their magic wands to collect points. Or, take on a swashbuckling quest at Pirate Adventure Island aboard a LEGO-based pirate ship!

DUPLO Village

Located inside the Plymouth Meeting Mall, this attraction has fun for all ages. Kids can test their building skills with the Skyscraper Challenge, build a high-speed car and race it against friends, or put their engineering talents to work with the Earthquake Tower.

Pirate Adventure Island

The 33,000-square-foot indoor Lego playground at Plymouth Meeting Mall opened last week and is sure to delight fans of the world’s best-selling building blocks. Hop aboard the interactive Imagination Express ride, see a 4D movie theater, and walk through Miniland, where iconic Philadelphia landmarks are recreated from 1.5 million Lego bricks.

Arrr, matey! Build your swashbuckling skills in pirate-themed soft play aboard a Lego-themed pirate ship. Then reenact a story or put your ability to the test at the NINJAGO Training Camp laser maze and the Duplo Park, where young visitors can use special large soft bricks.

Ninjago Training Camp

Train like a ninja with Kai, Jay, Cole, and Zane in this interactive area. Shoot animated fireballs, lightning, and ice at villains with hand gesture technology.

Guests can also test their reaction times and agility with various build challenge activities. They can even get creative and design buildings for LEGO Friends Heartlake City.

Creative Workshop

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia opened at Plymouth Meeting Mall on April 6. The ultimate indoor Lego experience for kids ages 3-10 includes an interactive ride, 4D cinema, and MINILAND Philadelphia, a cityscape made of 1.5 million Lego bricks.

Hop aboard the Imagination Express interactive train ride and wave your wand to collect points; design cars in the Creative Workshop with building tips from Master Model Builders; and explore LEGO Friends Heartlake City, where they’ll find a carousel, treehouse, pet salon, and more.
